Choose between an artisan top or a laminate top for this charming bar, made from antique oak barnwood reclaimed from tobacco barns built in the 1800s. There is a lower top surface for prepping and mixing, and another slightly higher and bar-long (7.5 feet) top surface for serving. On one side, facing doors below a faux drawer open to space that is open and ready to host the sink and plumbing you install. On the opposite side is the refrigerator space, which can be built into either side - you need only specify your choice. In the middle is a rack ready for your selection of wine. An iron pipe footrest runs the length of the guest side, which boasts a face enhanced by three panels of corrugated steel. The standard finish draws out the natural colors in the wood and seals and protects. The oil-rubbed bronze pulls for the drawer and doors blend quietly into this beautiful and functional piece. We use full-extension, ball bearing glides rated at a stout 100 pounds in the soft-close drawer, which employs dovetail joints proven for centuries to be a durable technique. The door hinges are concealed Euro-style to help give the piece a clean profile.

All the warm beauty - nail holes, graining, saw marks - is preserved to ensure that the resulting patina is one-of-a-kind and teeming with personality and historical character.
