                         Welcome to the listing for the most spectacular piece of jewelry in my entire collection. 30 years in the making and this is my favorite find thus far. 
This Enchanting necklace is from the Edwardian Era Circa the 1900's-1910's.
Purchased from an upscale estate in wine country California. This necklace is cast using platinum on the front of the pendant and the chain as well, 18k gold on the back side of the pendant and the hinge on the clasp.
With platinum being such a robust metal, this necklace will last through the ages and never lose its luster. Set into this Elegant Pendant are 22 diamonds and one pearl. 
The Natural pearl measures 4.9mm x 4.5mm 
21 of this pendant's diamonds are round cut some being rose cut diamonds, others being old miner cuts ranging in size the largest being 3mm in diameter. I estimate 30 points in total carat weight for all the smaller diamonds combine.
The star of the show is definitely the over one carat pear shaped diamond that is set into the longest pendants dangle. 
This stunning diamond sparkles with a lot of intensity it is a SI 1.10 with a K to M color as this diamond has a beautiful light-yellow hue. 
The diamonds measurements are 8mm long x 6mm wide x 3.5mm in depth bringing the total carat weight to 106 points (100 = 1 carat)
(ALL MEASUREMNTS ARE CLOSE APROXIMATIONS AS WE WANTED TO LEAVE THE DIAMOND INTACT WITH ITS ORIGINAL SETTING. TO GET AN EXACT MEASUREMENT WOULD MEAN REMOVING THE DIAMOND FROM ITS SETTING AND COMROMISING THIS BEAUTIFUL PIECE.)
All pieces on this intact necklace are original, its previous owner took great care in assuring its condition.
The clasp and pendant bear the same artist marks (see photos for details) I am still doing as much research as possible to track down its original maker.

The chain itself is 17 inches long and connected to the pendant on both ends, so in total from tip to tip it measures 17.5 inches long.
The clasp is sturdy and secure with a double locking mechanism for added safety.
The pendant measures 1.73 inches at its longest point and is 18.3mm at its widest point.
The total weight for this necklace is 5.95 grams
This necklace is in fantastic condition and would complement any decolletage, and with its rarity you will be the star of the show.
