This Serrano is made from pigs born, raised and processed entirely in Spain. Beautifully presented in a skin pack. The slices are easy to separate, to present on a plate. Cured for 10 months using artisanal methods in La Alberca, Spain, a Natural Reserve declared a World Heritage.
