The Japanese Chef Knife has an 8 inch blade, and each knife has a one-of-a-kind solidified wooden handle with octagonal geometry and a unique color scheme.

Engraving available - blade can be engraved with a name or short phrase of your choosing. Completely custom - you may pick the text, font, and location of the engraving.

The beauty of each handle is unique and there will never be another one created like yours. The handle you receive will be a surprise, as it is randomly created through our unique crafting process!
