Hand sculpted skulls cast in resin and hand painted by Peter Perlegas mounted on a board with a photographed aged King of Hearts background, covered in a mirror like finish of resin with diamond dust for a sparkling/metallic effect. Each skull is crowned with a hand made leather crown, hand tooled details and finished with a swarovski crystal. Framed in a skull Frame with a matte black finish.
