The Tsunami Damascus Chef's Knife is an extremely versatile kitchen knife capable of handling any cutting or chopping task with effortless precision. The knife is individually forged of 67-layer Japanese Damascus Steel with a HRC Rating of 62 for unparalleled hardiness and performance, as well as a razor-sharp edge. 

33-layers of Damascus on each side surround the Japanese VG10 Steel Core - built to last and retain sharpness so that you will never need another chef's knife again. 

The Tsunami Chef's Knife gets its name from the unique Damascus pattern that forms on the edge of the blade, which resembles a wave, and looks absolutely stunning and modern.

Each knife has a unique blue resin handle created through a unique crafting process, so that the beauty of each handle is unique and different. The knife has seamless welding from blade to handle, with the edge of the blade ending in a beautiful Tsunami pattern created naturally from the Damascus Steel.
