                         The Shogun 8" Damascus Steel Chef's Knife is individually forged of premium Japanese VG10 Steel with 67-layer folded Damascus. 

The Shogun Chef Knife boasts an incredible HRC rating of 63 for unparalleled hardiness and performance.  It's also ruthlessly sharp with a 15° cutting angle, as opposed to a typical 25° edge found in most Western knives. You WILL feel the difference from the very first cut.

The handle is a Full-Body G10 Handle which gives you a very strong, non-slip grip, and feels incredible to hold. You (or your gift recipient) are sure to feel like a professional chef from the moment you grip the knife!
