ABOUT US - CCSABERS:
CCSabers is a one-stop lightsaber hilts and accessories shop based in Maryland, USA. We produce our own components and lightsaber hilts, and also distribute products of other businesses. It is a family-owned company. My father and I (Carl) are running the whole business. 

Unlike many sellers who sell lightsabers on Etsy, we produce our own electronic components and parts. We also design some lightsaber products ourselves. Therefore, we have two advantages over other merchants. The first is that we are able to bring quality products to our customers at lower prices. The second is that we are able to provide repairs and after-sale services by ourselves.

SHIPPING TIME:
Lightsabers in stock in the US ship within 1-3 business days. Usually dispatched the next business day. Direct mail from the China factory usually arrives at your door in about 2 weeks. The tracking number is usually sent to the customer within a week. But it also depends on the factory's inventory. If there are special circumstances, I will write a separate email to communicate with the buyer. If there is a problem on the factory side, CCSabers will be responsible for your order. So don't be apprehensive. We put the interests of our customers first place.


WARRANTY:
1 YEAR full electronics warranty* by CCSabers.
*: Any kind of man-made physical damage to the hilt and the blade, pulling the wire or opening the hilt with brute force, and putting the battery reversed will void the warranty. But we offer repair services in case these bad things happen. Ask us first before you use your own creativity to do something uncertain!


RETURN POLICY:
A customer must have a good and substantial reason to issue a return. Please discuss with us in 7 days after you receive the order. The customer will responsible for the return shipping and the $30 restocking fee. (For example: After play for 6 days and tell us you have a money issue. This is a bad bad reason. Do not be that bastard and Do not buy the thing you cannot afford!)
